Here is a fast, easy and recession proof way to lose weight fast.  Simply replace lunch or supper with this delicious soup for two weeks and notice the difference!!

Ingredients:

Half finely chopped red chilli, 1 chicken stock cube, juice from half a lemon, dash of soy sauce, lge handful of beansprouts, 100g udon noodles (pre-cooked).

Method:

Mix the stock cube with 15 fluid ounces of boiling water.  Stir until the cube has dissolved.  Add all the ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes.  Enjoy!
