WHAT IS EASYSPORTSMATCH.COM?

Easysportsmatch.com is a service to help you find sports and fitness partners in your local area. You can join or start a team and organise your games or matches via your own on-line team page. You can find your local sports facilities and local sports events.

GETTING STARTED

HOW DO I JOIN?

The site is available to browse without registering (although only in a limited way). You can register free to view the whole site. Simply visit the Registration page and fill out the form. When you have submitted it an email will be sent to you to validate your details. Click on the link in that email or copy and paste it into your web browser to validate. Then enter your username and password to log into the site. That’s it.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION EMAIL?

Please check your ‘junk’ mail box and if it isn’t in there please email admin@easysportsmatch.com

WHY DO I NEED TO FILL OUT MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

This site is designed to work for you by matching your profile to other people. The more information you give us about the sports you are interested in, the level of sport you play and the clubs you belong to the better results you will get from the site.

HOW DO I CONTACT PEOPLE?

Only full members can contact another member.  To become a full member normally you need to register and then subscribe to the site.  To celebrate the site's launch full membership is currently free and therefore when you register you will automatically become a full member for a year.

HOW MUCH WILL THE SITE COST?

It is free to register and become a basic member. To then upgrade to full membership will cost £15, however to celebrate the launch of the site full membership is currently free so register today to enjoy a year's free membership. 

LEAVING THE SITE

IF MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES AND I AM A TEAM CAPTAIN WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY TEAM?

If your full membership subscription expires, the team(s) you are captain of will be suspended. Your team members will automatically be notified if this happens. Your team will be reinstated automatically if you choose to re-subscribe on the same account.

IF I DECIDE TO LEAVE THE SITE BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR WILL I GET A REFUND?

We don’t charge an expensive monthly fee like other sites, just an annual amount and therefore we don’t offer refunds if you decide to stop using the site before the year is up. If, however, you experience problems with the site please notify us as soon as possible by emailing admin@easysportsmatch.com

HOW CAN I LEAVE THE SITE?

If you don't want to appear on the site for a period, simply go to your account details and click ‘de-activate my account’. This will remove your profile from view and disable your account. NB: Membership subscriptions continue to run while accounts are de-activated. Your account will remain dormant though, and you can log in and re-activate it at any time. If you want to be permanently deleted from our database you will need to contact us at admin@easysportsmatch.com

RE-ACTIVATING

 

HOW CAN I RE-ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

Log in and go to the 'My Account' page and click ‘re-activate my account’. This will reinstate your profile and the functions of your account. NB: Membership subscriptions continue to run while accounts are de-activated. If you were a full member and your full membership expired while your account was deactivated, you will be re-activated as a basic-level member and you will need to subscribe again to become a full member.

WILL OTHER MEMBERS BE ABLE TO SEE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

No, your email is private. At easysportsmatch.com we value your privacy. To confirm what other users will be able to see go to ‘my profile’ and click on ‘see yourself as others see you: Here’
